These terms cover a Play99Exch ID issued through our desk. Plain language, no hidden clause buried in section fourteen.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to hold a Play99Exch ID. You are responsible for knowing whether online betting is permitted where you live — laws differ by state in India, and it is your call, not ours, to make sure you are on the right side of them.

3. Deposits

7. Suspension and closure

8. Limits of liability
Betting carries financial risk. Money staked on Play99Exch can be lost, and no page on this site should be read as a prediction, a guarantee or investment advice. We are not liable for losses arising from your betting decisions.
We are also not liable for interruptions outside our control — network outages, UPI downtime, or the panel provider's own maintenance windows. Where a technical fault on our side causes a loss, tell us with the timestamp and we will look at it properly.
Changes to these terms
